Dough Shetter

Dough Shetter 630 has been studied and realized with modern ideas, to provide robust, functional and easy to use features. It can work every type of dough even to very minimum thickness. The roller cylinders are hard chorm plated ground and polished. The scarper blades can be easily taken down and the conveyor belts are of international quality, and is provided with two working speeds. The working tables can be raised into a resting position thus occupying less space and facilitating cleaning with ease.

Quality of sheeting: The large diameter of the rollers, the differential speed of the conveyors and a reliable quick reversing mechanism makes possible rolling and achieving gentle, exact sheeting of dough in a very short time.

Safety In Operation : Guards on both sides of the roller prevent operator’s hands getting caught in the roller by accident. Lifting of any of the guards or removal of the conveyor table from its position stops the machine.
